(2) A policy process at all levels of government which encourages
vigorous and balanced debate and develops / enforces means by which
policy is developed, enacted, enforced and overseen in a transparent
and equitable manner.
This site addresses PoliSee Matters at all levels
of government -- investigating whether existing and proposed policy
has been developed, enacted, enforced and overseen according to
the standards of PoliSee.
The standards of PoliSee require that actual policies
(and the processes used to create those policies) are subject to
vigorous and balanced debate -- resulting in a policy product that
was developed and enacted in a transparent manner -- and remains
transparent and equitable in its enforcement and oversight.
